New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday asked Sahara chief Subrata Roy to deposit Rs 600 crore by February 6, 2017 for remaining out of jail.
Subsequently, the apex court also extended his bail till February 6.
If deposits are not made by February 6, Roy will have to surrender, ruled the apex court.
The court also asked Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and amicus curiae Shekhar Naphade to respond to the fresh repayment plan submitted in court by Subrata Roy.
