Don't want to share dias with 'expiry' PM: Mamta

West Bengal: Replying to PM Modi's comment on her unwillingness to talk on Cyclone Fani, West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo Mamata Banerjee at a rally said, "I could not take PM's call on cyclone Fani as I was in Kharagpur."

Further retorting to his comment on her being arrogant and not getting in touch with him, she said, "I don't want to share dias with expiry PM as elections are on."

PM Modi carried an aerial survey earlier on Monday. He also wanted to do the same for West Bengal and the Govt of India had written to the State about a review meeting of PM with state government officials.

However, the state government replied saying that the government officials are busy with election duty and hence the review meeting should not be held.
