Rajasthan in focus of Rahul Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal

Jaipur: Elections in the state are two years away, but politicians have already started eyeing Rajasthan.

Delhi chief minister and national convener of AAP, Arvind Kejriwal is set to hold a rally in the state capital on December 23. Three days later, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi will address a public meeting in Baran on December 26. Both, Mr Kejriwal and Mr Rahul have been holding public meetings across the country to whip up public anger against the Modi government following its demonetisation move last month.

State Congress chief Sachin Pilot siad Mr Gandhi’s programme has been finalised. “He (Rahul Gandhi) will be addressing a public meeting in Baran on December 26,” he said.
