Mocked for trying to take selfie with Scindia, Guna MP, now posts selfie with PM

Yadav was a close aide with Scindia, but left the party and joined BJP after he was denied ticket.

New Delhi: BJP MP from Guna, Krishna Yadav, who was once ridiculed for trying to click a selfie with Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia has now shared a selfie with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The selfie is going viral.

Yadav was a close aide with Scindia, but left the party and joined BJP after he was denied ticket to contest from Mungaoli constituency in state elections.

BJP then pitched Yadav against Jyotiraditya Scindia from the Guna for Lok Sabha elections.

Following the announcement, Scindia’s wife Priyadarshini Raje Scindia posted a picture of KP Yadav trying to take a selfie with the former Guna MP. Astonished with his nomination, she said that a person who once stood in a queue to take a selfie with Jyotiraditya Scindia is now a BJP candidate.

KP Yadav defeated Jyotiraditya Scindia by a margin of 125,549 votes.
