Kadapa: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday termed YSR Congress Party chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy a “ganja plant”, reported IANS.

During a campaign in Jaganmohan Reddy’s home district, TDP chief said Kadapa district which gave birth to great personalities like Annamayya, Veera Brahmendra Swamy and Yogi Vemana was like a Tulsi garden.

"In this Tulsi garden, a ganja plant (cannabis) has also grown. He is Jaganmohan Reddy," said Naidu added.

Earlier, Naidu had described Reddy as the "brand ambassador of crimes". He alleged that the YSRCP President was the only leader in the country who had 31 criminal cases against him.

Naidu termed Reddy as the only problem of the state and urged people to ensure that YSRCP was wiped out in the elections.
