Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar anticipates the addition of several more political parties to the Opposition INDIA bloc during their upcoming meeting in Mumbai. Nitish, a key architect in uniting parties opposed to the BJP, didn't disclose the party names but stated that discussions on election-related logistics, such as seat-sharing, would occur during the meeting.

He explained, "In the upcoming Mumbai meeting, we will discuss the INDIA bloc's strategies for the upcoming general elections. We will address issues like seat-sharing and finalise various other agendas. Several more political parties will join our coalition."

The 26-party Opposition alliance has already held two meetings in Patna on June 23 and Bengaluru on July 17-18. Their third meeting is scheduled for August 31 and September 1 in Mumbai.
