Delhi transport minister Gopal Rai’s announcement of six “MP special” buses to ferry MPs to Parliament for the Budget Session — due to the odd-even rule — as expected, found no takers among the MPs. This will teach the Delhi government to be realistic in its pursuit of traffic decongestion.
