Let’s be friends

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s statement on the Uri attack is heart-rending. The current relationship between India and Pakistan is upsetting. Hence India should always stick to tools like diplomacy and conciliation, as these powerful factors will go a long way in matters of healing the wounds. A tit-for-tat attitude will never yield greater and expected results. India and Pakistan should alleviate the tense situation through dialogue and an “olive branch”.
