No more fighting

It is a sad state of affairs for our country that we are fighting over the sharing of water, quotas, nationalism, etc. But what is shocking is that Bengaluru had to be shut down for 48 hours over the Cauvery water row. Karnataka is estimated to have suffered a loss of around '22,000-25,000 crores with the widespread agitation hitting transport services and businesses. The government should effectively monitor the situation and make sure that such situations don’t come up again.
