Two incidents of speeding and rash driving rocked Delhi on April 4 — an 18-year-old was mauled by a dumper whose driver refused to stop even after crushing the teenager; and a 32-year-old was flung into the air by a speeding car driven by a juvenile. How many more deaths will it take for Delhiites to drive with a sense of responsibility towards others Punishment is only a small step in that direction.
