What Rahul wants

That Rahul Gandhi has the guts to speak his heart even if it means criticising certain actions of his own party has been established. But it is yet to be seen how often will his party be able to act in accordance with his wishes. When Mr Gandhi publicly rubbished the ordinance that protected convicted legislators, the UPA decided to withdraw the ordinance. But, for example, will the UPA decide against its decision to amend the Right to Information Act in order to keep political parties out of its ambit if Mr Gandhi were to oppose the amendment
