For 17-year-old Paras Arora, his role in the Kangna Ranaut starrer Rajjo is a dream come true. The young actor, who was previously part of the historical series Veer Shivaji, was set to appear for his Board exams when he was offered the film. Kangna plays a nautch girl in Rajjo while Paras plays her love interest. The film’s director, Vishwas Patil, says that he was initially skeptical about what the chemistry between Paras and Kangna would be like. And with a scene requiring Paras to slap Kangna, the director’s hesitation was understandable. As it turned out, it was also unnecessary — as Paras handled the situation with ease. “Before shooting the scene, he went up to Kangna, apologised for having to slap her and then proceeded with his dialogue,” a source from the sets told us. Vishwas Patil confirmed the incident and added, “Paras is a newcomer, but Kangna treats him with all the respect a co-star deserves and they share a comfortable rapport.”
