Smoking haute!

A new trend that has been making a buzz in the make-up world is black and smokey eyes with glitter liner in the shade of copper and platinum with negative space at the outer corner.  This trend was introduced as a backstage make-up look on models, but  slowly it’s becoming the go-to look for every make-up artist this season. This rock chick glitter drama adds to a  matte black smokey eye effect. Eye  liner is not usually used with smokey eyes to keep the essence of smokey eyes, but when used it changes the whole game. It adds a bright look with the glitter close to the roots of the lashes making eyes sparkle and keeping everyone mesmerised.

How to get the look:

• To achieve this look use an intense kohl pencil from the roots of your lashes and blend it till your crease line, use matte black eye shadow to set and blend it seamlessly, after that use liquid glitter liner close to your lash line and create a nice wing.
• Add lots of waterproof black mascara to give volume to your lashes.
• Since eye is the focus, keep the skin very soft and  dewy with nice cream highlight paired with creme blush which gives you healthier looking skin.  
• Set your T zone  with translucent powder to avoid the makeup looking glossy all over.   
• For lips, you can add soft peach, nude or dusty rose colour just to give a complete look but keeping it like a lip stain than a perfectly drawn lips.
