Designer Suneet Verma presents Anaya at LMIFW

New Delhi: Ace fashion designer Suneet Verma, presented his collection titled ‘Anaya’ at the Lotus Make-up India Fashion Week. His collection draws inspiration from the traditional motifs and embroideries that remain an integral part of Indian heritage and culture. Romantic, feminine and flirtatious are sobriquets which describe his collection.

Through his collection he revisits the traditional techniques and crafts that make Indian embroideries garner global attention. With his signature glitz and glam collection, comprising of large abstract shaped mirrors with multi-coloured thread embroidery gives a fresh and modern perspective for the most discerning Indian bride.

Models sashayed his collection in dark shades of midnight blue and burgundy with silver ascents in glamorous lehengas with off-shoulder blouses and short jackets, draped skirts worn with capes and ruffled organza shirts with high waist plazzo pants.  

The crystal tassel collection was inspired from the rich jewel tones. Emerald green, ruby red and sapphire blue and triangular crystals were used creatively used by the designer. With his collection he ended the show on a high note.
