As the ongoing FDCI India Couture Week 2019 entered its fourth day, we first saw an exhibition by designer Reynu Tandon, entitled ‘The Savannah Saga’ — meant to depict serenity, modernity and majesty. The mirror work and elegant gold laser cuts in each outfit enhanced the embellishments and embroideries. At the same time, a soft colour palette dominated the collection. The second show for the day —‘Bonjour Amer’, from the house of Falguni Shane Peacock — was more about eccentricity and style.
