Healthy in a jiffy!

Ingredients
- One zucchini (peeled)
- One carrot (peeled)
- 1/2 cabbage (chopped)
- One green pepper (sliced)
- Two green onions stalks (minced)
- One grape fruit
- One lime
- One fresh basilbunch (chopped)
- One cilantro bunch (chopped)
- Two bean sprouts
DRESSING
- 2/3 cup water
- Cashews (a handful)
- One fresh ginger piece (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 garlic clove (peeled and chopped)
- Two tsp lime juice
- Two tsp soy sauce
Method
- Add zucchini, carrots, cabbage, green pepper, green onions into a bowl.
- Add cut grape fruit to the same bowl. Squeeze lime after removing the seeds, leaving the pith and the membrane.
- Add chopped basil, cilantro, and bean sprout to the bowl.
- For dressing, put all the ingredients into a blender till it becomes thick enough to coat.
- Once ready, pour it into the bowl and mix it well.
Ready to serve!
