GOOEY NUTELLA CUPS
Ingredients:
1 cup Nutella (280g, 10 oz)
2 eggs
10 tbsp plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 C and line a 12 hole muffin pan with cupcake liners.
In a medium bowl, mix Nutella, eggs, flour and salt until combined.
Divide the batter evenly between the 12 muffin holes. Sprinkle each brownie cup with a few chocolate chips.
Bake for 12 minutes. This recipe makes 12 gooey Nutella cups. Keep an eye on the timer. If it over heats even for a minute, it will be cooked through and will not be gooey.
Sprinkle icing sugar on top and ravish them while they are hot!
