Ingredients:
- 1 tsp kalonji
- 1 tsp fennel seeds,
- 1/2 tsp jeera,
- A pinch of methi seeds,
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 green chilli, chopped
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1/2 kg boneless chicken, cut into squares
- 1 tbsp tumeric powder
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 cup curd
- Coriander leaves (chopped)
Method:
In a pan, add oil and fry kalonji, mustard seeds, fennel seed, jeera and methi seeds until they stop sputtering. Add chopped green chillies and sliced onions until they turn golden brown.
Now, in another pan, stir fry 1/2 kg boneless chicken cubes until they are done. Add one tbsp tumeric powder and one tbsp garlic paste. Stir for a few minutes. Add this to the onion mixture and fry.
Add 1/2 cup curd to the chicken and cook on low medium flame till done. Garnish with coriander leaves.
