Dal Chawal Aranchini

Ingredients

  • Channa Dal    50 grams
  • Tur Dal    50 grams
  • Masoor Dal    50 grams
  • Moong Dal    50 grams
  • Rice    Half cup
  • Ghee    To fry
  • Garlic
  • Onion    1
  • Tomato    1
  • Green Chilly    As per taste
  • Deggi Chilly    As per taste
  • Turmeric Powd    a pinch
  • Salted Butter    1 tablespoon
  • Coriander    5-6 leaves
  • Salt    As per taste
  • Parmesan     50 grams
  • Cheese

Method     

Mix all dals and soak for half hour and then boil
Temper the boiled dal with the list of ingredients under the tempering list apart from rice
Add boiled rice to the above
Cook further for 2 mins
Cool and add parmesan cheese, fresh chopped coriander and chaat masala to the mixture
Make small balls out of the mixture
Coat with panko and refined flour mixture
Deep fry
Garnish with pickled mayonnaise, mint chutney and roasted papad
Serve hot for a brunch, lunch or a wholesome
dinner
