Sleep well if you desire great sex
People who sleep less or suffer from insomnia have lesser chances of getting an orgasm
Men and women are constantly looking for ways to have a better sex life and while different positions and tips seem to be working, some of the most important things are missed out. A recent study highlights that concentrating on the simplest things can sometimes work wonders and it isn’t what people always thought.
According to a report in the Mirror, sleeping correctly is the most important activity for a healthy sex life. The study conducted by the North American Menopause Society said that most women when they sleep better tend to have a better sex drive. It also meant that if you’re sleeping less or suffer from insomnia there are lesser chances of getting an orgasm, which is clearly not good news. Women older than 70 who slept less than five hours were less likely to have a better sex life those women of the same age who slept longer.
While older women can have an issue with less sleep, younger will really not be affected but that doesn’t mean sleep can be ignored. An adequate amount of sleep can help with a healthy body and mind that is well rested to able to perform better.
