Smoking clearly isn’t a healthy habit and people have been warned about the damage caused by cigarettes to their body. Meanwhile a lot of people do smoke despite campaigns informing masses about how it specifically affects the body.

An alarming video uploaded by a nurse shows what exactly smoking does to the lungs. Cancer-ridden black lungs of a heavy smoker struggling to inflate in comparison to red coloured lungs inflating and deflating with ease.

The risk of developing lung cancer increases 23 times due to smoking and it is responsible for 87 percent of all related deaths.
