Once you’re body gets familiar with an organic diet, you may start rustling up actual detox juices. But, as a rule, it is always suggested to begin by hydrating your body. If you’re confident, start with cucumber lemon mint detox water: Throw in one whole cucumber, lemon and a handful of mint leaves into a blender. Now, mix them in 2/3 litres of water and let it stay for minimum of two hours. You can sip this all through the day. Lemon is a great immunity booster, which does a double duty of cleansing and strengthening you internally. The anit-inflammatory effects of Cucumber helps you stay hydrate all day. Mint sweetens your drink without adding sugar and aids in digestion. This also works great as a refreshing summer drink too.
