I grew up with my nani and maasi. But it was my maasi who took the entire responsibility of raising me while working in the government sector. She even stayed single so that she can give me undivided attention. My maasi means the world to me.
There were times when I would be few minutes late from school and my maasi would stop the school bus and start looking for me. Also, throughout my childhood, she made sure that I was exposed to other aspects of life, from art, culture to adventures — hiking, trekking, stargazing and camping. Now I want to her to travel around the world as she appreciates nature and architecture.
