Teenager critical after his penis was ripped off by shark in Brazil

A teenager who was swimming near a beach in Brazil had his penis ripped off by a shark. The 18-year-old was attacked by a tiger shark and people tried to stop the blood by tying garments around the wound.

He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he is in a critical condition after suffering two heart attacks. The boy was swimming with his brother and friends in deep waters in an area marked with warnings of shark attacks.
