Today’s modern life style, life becomes hectic. We are too much busy and having too much to do on our plate. Unpredictably life throws a curve ball here and there. However, a simple act of kindness can bring peace and joy into life. Through our daily interactions, we have occasions to extend random acts of kindness in small or big ways to others.  People who are kind hearted and generous have a greater sense of wellbeing, more positive emotions, better mental and physical health and greater life satisfaction.

Our happiness can be better and enhanced by changing a few activities which you choose rather than trying to change the circumstances. Which simply means that being kind to people can be better for health and wellbeing than just trying to be more successful.

Genuinely we feel decent when we help someone or we contribute something to society without any expectation. Random act of kindness can generate a powerful outcome which people continue to pay forward what they have received. Kindness is a miraculous effect which brightens the community. Become a kind is not easy. The amount of emotional feelings required to be unconditional attitude. As a noble human every one of us should adopt a habit of kindness. Create a difference in your life and someone else’s life. What we serves come to us in any form of good, what goes around comes around.  Act of kindness in any given moment, to someone needy, they will remember your generosity and they will turn around and spread kindness to others as well. This can be an excellent opportunity to teach our children to do the same and grow up to be kind adults. Almost everyone feels good when someone is kind to them. This is especially true for those who are vulnerable or helpless.
