Balancing the wheel
The recent death of Sheetal Jain, Amitab Bachchan's secretary and producer passes away at the age of 77.
Bollywood stars are often considered as arrogant personalities due to their acts in front of the media. People judge them making statements about their stardom and fan following a reason to be the root of their attitude. The laymen also have a preconceived notion about celebrities that if one makes a donation even for a valid cause, it must be for the sake of publicity. Such good acts come under scrutiny when it comes to these stars and others. There are many good souls, who make sacrifices of their own comforts in order to help others without any intention of promoting it. Even at times, paparazzi's shutters make these incidents a famous or rather an infamous one.
But there are many stars in the industry who have always respected their fellow stars, employees and the team. The recent death of Sheetal Jain, Amitab Bachchan's secretary and producer passes away at the age of 77. Sheetal was Big B's secretary for more then 35 years. Amitabh Bachchan and son Abhishek Bachchan were engaged in the final send off of him.
This shows that the Bachchan family always care for their domestic help and Sheetal being part of their family for more then 40 years made him part of the house.
The Death of Sheetal Jain was shocking to many such as Aunpam Kher and Madhur Bhandarkar were among the few to mourn his death. Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar wrote, “Sad to know demise of Sheetal Jain ji. He was a very humble, soft spoken and gracious person. Film industry will miss him. My condolences to his family and friends. #OmShanti (sic).
Anupam Kher wrote, “Saddened to know about the demise of producer Shri #SheetalJain ji. Knew him for a long time as Mr. @SrBachchan's secretary. He was a very dignified and an extremely polite gentleman. May God give his family the strength to deal with this loss. #OmShanti(sic).".
There are many other in the industry who have always been down to earth and humble such star is super star of south India, Rajnikanth.
He had a simple life from the beginning and was always humble, worked as a bus conductor, before he was introduced in his first movie long ago. During the big Chennai rains last year, Rajini called off his birthday celebrations and donated Rs 10 crore to the flood victims.
Celebrities have the right to have a mood swing just as any other people. The statements are not entirely false about their lashing out and these people misbehaving at multiple occasions. But stereotyping all on the basis of a few is not a wise move, is it?
