A non-fiction fan: Chhetri

Indian football team skipper Sunil Chhetri is a very prolific reader. And has a whole gamut of interesting books on his list. Here are a few books that he has tweeted about on his list of reads:

And here’s 4/4. Comes across as a little heavy reading but I’m sure it’s going to leave me with a lot to ponder over by the end of it.

I’m going with A Short History of Nearly Everything. Football and more football meant I missed out on a lot of academic reading on subjects that I really liked. This seems like the perfect catch up!

I’ve had the good fortune of travelling to so many places around the world and geography, traditions, landscapes, culture and how countries actually function have always intrigued and taught me so much.

This book is what I’m picking from what is an unbelievable list of suggestions from all you fantastic people! I feel we take a lot of life for granted which is why I’m going with this one.
