Sex boosts the immune system: A study done by the Kinsey Institute and Indiana University found out those individuals who have sex also have high levels of antibody properties that fight against germs and viruses to protect the body. Studies at the Wilkes University of Pennsylvania claim that students who have sex regularly twice a week also had the high level of antibody when compared to those who didn’t have sex.

Sex help in de-stressing: Couples who have sex every week can manage stress better than those who don’t. According to various studies, this is due to the release of oxytocin and endorphins that are released during intimacy that create relaxation in the human mind.

Sex strengthens the body: Sex is like cardio exercise that burns as much as 200 calories. It is compared to a modest workout as abs, back muscles, butt and thighs.

Sex reduces menstrual cramps: When women reach climax, their uterus contracts and rids the body of compounds that cause cramps. They also help in expelling blood tissue quickly and menstruation faster.

Sex helps in better sleep: Endorphines released from sex helps de-stress and relax the body and mind. This helps in better sleep. Orgasms also release prolactin which allows for a person to feel more energized throughout the day and sleep better at night. Sex in the morning seems like a perfect solution.
