CBSE Class 12: Delhi records 91.87 per cent result

The number of students appearing for the Class 12 exams also rose from 2,13,487 to 2,38,729.

New Delhi: Delhi recorded a pass percentage of 91.87 in the Class 12 CBSE examinations, an increase of 2.87 per cent compared to last year. Virav Jindal and Mehak Talwar made the national capital proud by scoring 497 out of 500 marks and bagging all India third rank in the exams, results of which were announced on Thursday.

According to CBSE statistics, Delhi recorded a pass percentage of 91.87. It was 89 per cent last year. The number of students appearing for the Class 12 exams also rose from 2,13,487 to 2,38,729.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the results of Class 12 examinations on Thursday with Delhi ranking third in terms of pass percentage after Trivandrum and Chennai.
