Man fires at two brothers, police lodges cross FIRs

Police said that the accused was beaten up by the victim and onlookers after which he was rushed to a hospital.

New Delhi: A man allegedly fired at two brothers in Anand Parbat on Wednesday night over a trivial row. The police has lodge cross FIRs in this regard. The accused was identified as Mahesh (22). 

Police said that the accused was beaten up by the victim and onlookers after which he was rushed to a hospital. On his statement, the police filed a case of culpable homicide against the other party. 

The police said, on March 29, Mahesh and his friends were consuming alcohol in Anand Parbat and when he was about to park his mobike, a youth asked him to remove his vehicle. 

Mahesh always carried a pistol with him and pointed it at the victim.  His brother tried to snatch the pistol following which the bullet pierced through the brother’s hand and hit the youth in his stomach, following which Mahesh was thrashed by the onlookers and the victim.
