BJP's digital rath yatra to highlight PM's schemes

NEW DELHI: Ahead of the Lok Sabha polls, state BJP will take out rath yatras in all the 70 Assembly segments of the national capital to highlight Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s five-year achievements and utter failure of chief minister Arvind Kejriwal to address issues concerning the city. Under the leadership of Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari, this yatra will educate voters on how all the schemes launched by Mr Modi have helped crores of poor people all across the country.

According to co-in charge Delhi BJP media department Neelkant Bakshi, a specially designed ‘digital rath’ (chariot) has been made for the purpose and Mr Tiwari’s yatra will commence in the first week of April. The specially designed rath will be fitted with LED screen, where BJP will show short video clips they have made to highlight the failures of AAP government to deliver on its promises made before 2015 Delhi Assembly polls.

Mr Bakshi said that ‘digital rath’ will turn into a “wi-fi hotspot” zone where it will be stationed for public interaction with Mr Tiwari. “About 200 plus people can use free wi-fi, The user ID and the password will be ‘Kejriwal failed to give free wi-fi’,” Mr Bakshi added. As planned, Mr Tiwari will reach electorate in all the 70 Assembly constituency before the start of the nomination process for the upcoming polls in Delhi. “Finalisation of the route and other details are in the final stage with a focus to reach out the maximum number of voters to explain the good work done by Mr Modi’s government in last five years,” said Mr Bakshi.
