New Delhi: In a nightmarish incident, a 25-year-old groom was allegedly shot by two unidentified assailants during his wedding procession in South Delhi’s Madangir area on Monday night.
The groom was identified as Badal, who sustained a bullet injury on his right shoulder. Following this, he was immediately rushed to a local hospital for treatment. Later, the victim returned to his wedding after initial treatment to complete the rituals.

According to information, the wedding procession, which started from Khanpur, was hardly 500 metres away from the venue when the incident took place around 10.00 pm.
