Meanwhile, another special train will leave from Panvel at around 9:40 am on May 2 and will reach the destination at 9:00 am on the next day.

Mumbai: Ahead of the summer vacation, the Central Railway (CR) has decided to run six additional summer special trains between Mumbai and Karmali in Goa to clear the extra rush of passengers. The bookings for these special summer trains will begin from Tuesday, May 1, at all Passenger Reservation Services (PRS) centres and at the railway’s official website for online bookings.

Among the six special trains that are going to provide service to Goa includes a special train no. 01127 which will leave the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) at 12:20 am on May 2 and will arrive at Karmali around 11.30 am on the same day. Additionally, train no. 01128 will leave Karmali at 10.20 am on May 4 and arrive at CSMT at 9:15 pm on the same day, revealed a press statement released by the CR. It further stated that, the train will have a coach composition of 15 sleeper classes and two general second classes.

Meanwhile, another special train will leave from Panvel at around 9:40 am on May 2 and will reach the destination at 9:00 am on the next day. In addition to this, a superfast summer special which is introduced between Panvel and Karmali will depart at 9.40 pm and arrive Karmali at 9 am.
