Indrani said no one should enter flat'
According to Kilje, Rahul had visited Marlow on April 25 and 26, but as per Indrani's instructions, he was not allowed to enter the building.
Mumbai: The former manager of the housing society where the Sheena Bora murder case accused, former media baron Peter Mukerjea and his ex-wife Indrani used to live, on Friday deposed before the trial court as a witness and stated that when he was going to attend a building meeting on April 23, 2012, Indrani had asked him to ensure that nobody got entry into her flat in her absence for the next two to three days.
According to the prosecution, Indrani’s daughter Sheena was killed during this period, and her body was kept in the flat before it was burnt.
Answering the questions asked by special public prosecutors Bharat Badami and Kavita Patil, the witness Prabhakar Kilje, the then-manager of Marlow building in Worli, stated before the judge J.C. Jagdale that on April 23, 2012, when he was appr-oaching the society office, he came across Indrani. “She instructed me not to send anybody, especially (Peter’s son from his first wife) Rahul Mukerjea (to their flat), for the next two-three days,” said Kilje.
He further stated that as per Indrani’s orders, he had instructed security guards of the building not to allow anybody to the fla-ts. Peter and Indrani own two flats in the Marlow Cooperative Soc-ety.
The prosecution’s case is that Indrani, her former driver accused-turned-approver Shyamvar Rai and ex-husband Sanjeev Khanna killed Sheena in a car on April 24, 2012, and her body was kept in Indr-ani’s Worli flat before it was disposed of in a forest in Raigad near Pen.
