In the application, he reiterated his previous claims made before the special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court, that he didn’t come to India due to the fear of being mob lynched.
The application moved through advocate Sanjay Abbot stated, “Various cases have been reported of mob lynching. There are no prosecution in such cases due to non-identification of a particular individual and thus raising tendency of such incident.” He stated that he feared of being targeted to the anger of his employees, landlords, customers and creditors.
