London: The Duchess of Cambridge has once again worn a favorite tiara of the late Princess Diana for a diplomatic event in London.

A photo from Britain's Press Association shows the former Kate Middleton wearing the Cambridge Lover's Knot Tiara for the annual Diplomatic Reception at Buckingham Palace on Thursday. Also included in the portrait are the Duchess husband, Prince William; Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, and Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla.

Anything that connects the Duchess to Diana is likely to get attention in British media. The 1913 tiara originally belonged to Queen Mary, who passed it along to Elizabeth, who gave it to Diana as a present for her 1981 wedding to Charles. It was returned to the queen following the couple's divorce.
