A clarification

Your news report titled “Tharoor says 20 new IITs, Raju says none” (Dec. 6), is incorrect. Shashi Tharoor, the minister of state for human resource development, was replying in writing to an unstarred question on “Setting up of IIITs under PPP Mode”.
