Friends support Punit

Punit Malhotra is a busy man these days and we are not just talking about his directorial commitments here. He has also acted in a film titled Waisi Wali Khushi, which is set to have an online premiere today. His friends from the industry, such as Abhishek Bachchan, Imran Khan and rumoured girlfriend Sonam Kapoor are expected to attend the premiere. Speaking of his acting stint, Punit says, “All directors are actors. So acting wasn’t something that didn’t come naturally to me. But then people expect me to direct only. So when Samar suggested I do this film as an actor, it came as a surprise. But it was both challenging and exciting.”
