New Delhi: All the three nominees appointed by the Supreme Court — Vikram Limaye, MD & CEO of IDFC Limited; BCCI joint secretary Amitabh Chowdhary and treasurer Anirudh Chaudhary will attend the ICC meeting in Dubai from February 3, according to amicus curiae Gopal Subramanium.

Amicus curiae gave this information before a Bench headed by Justice Dipak Misra after senior counsels Kapil Sibal and Shyam Divan appearing for Tamil Nadu Cricket Association, complained to the court that only Limaye was being permitted by the ICC for the meet which will decide India’s stake of $300 million.

Mr. Sibal, said that in terms of the January 30 order of the apex court, all the three nominees are to attend the ICC meeting, but the ICC by a communicaton last evening is sticking to its own convention and was willing to accommodate only one nominee from each country, which in India’s case was Limaye.

However, Subramaniam told the court that the Justice R.M. Lodha panel and himself had already obtained a confirmation from the ICC about the approval granted for all the three nominees to attend the meeting.
