Mumbai: MS Dhoni, who took a two-month break from international cricket, is currently training with the Paramilitary forces (106 Territorial Army Battalion), and he is expected to be with the Army for two weeks. The 38-year-old started has joined the troops and have started working with the Army from July 31.

Recently, a photo of Dhoni has gone viral on social media. In the photo, Dhoni is seen signing a cricket bat while donning an Army uniform.  Dhoni is currently working with the Victor force in south Kashmir. Dhoni’s stint with the Army will come to an end on August 15.

Earlier, photos of Lieutenant Colonel Dhoni, who was travelling to Srinagar along with his manager in a flight, went viral across various social media sites.

On Tuesday, one army official had stated, "Lt. Col Dhoni arrived here today and has joined his unit."

Previously, Army Chief General Bipin Rawat had stated that Dhoni completed his basic training. Rawat also hoped that Dhoni would be able to serve the Army successfully.

Bipin Rawat stated, "When a citizen of India wants to don the military uniform then he has to be prepared to fulfill the task for which the uniform has been assigned to him. MS Dhoni has carried out his basic training and we know that he will be able to accomplish the task."
