Mumbai: When it comes to fielding and batting, Virat Kohli has always been one of the fittest athlete in the game and the Indian skipper has shown it posting by posting pictures and videos of his physical training on his social media handle.

During India’s second T20I match, the 30-year-old displayed some stunning athleticism to take a one-handed catch to dismiss South African skipper Quinton De Kock, who was scored a vital 50 to take his side to post a decent total of 150 in the first innings.

Left-handed batsman, De Kock played a pull shot off a 141.2 Kmph short of length delivery from Navdeep Saini. The ball went staright over the bowler’s over, but, Indian skipper Kohli, who was fielding at mid-off, covered a lot of ground and extended his pair of hands to pull off a sensational catch with his left hand.
