Indian Super League franchise Delhi Dynamos on Thursday announced the signing of 22-year-old Dutch winger Jeroen Lumu from Turkish football club Samsunspor.

Lumu, along with Spanish full back Edu Moya and Dutch forward Guyon Fernandez, are the latest to join Delhi’s ranks ahead of the upcoming season.

The 31-year old Fernandez will join the Dynamos after completing his second stint with Holland’s Eredivisie side ADO Den Haag.

Lumu began his professional career with Dutch outfit Willem II, where he made his debut at the age of 16. The winger went on to become the youngest goal-scorer in the club’s history in the Dutch Eredivisie.

His performances saw him earn a call-up to the national side for the Uefa U-17 European Championships in 2012, where he found the back of the net as the Netherlands went on to lift the title.

The Breda-born winger then completed his move to Bulgarian side Ludogorets Razgard with whom he won the Bulgarian League, the Bulgarian Cup and the Bulgarian Super Cup in the same season.

“I am delighted to have Lumu in the side. He is quick, skilful and has an eye for goal, everything that you need in a quality attacker. We have tracked him closely for some time now and I am confident that he can light up the ISL,” Delhi Dynamos coach Miguel Angel Portugal said.

ATK sign Finnish striker
Meanwhile, two-time champions ATK announced the signing of 34-year-old Finnish striker Njazi Kuqi. Kuqi began his career at FC Lahti and played for clubs like Birmingham City, TuS Koblenz, TPS Turku and has played friendlies for Finland against Kuwait.

He will join the likes of Robbie Keane and Conor Thomas to become ATK’s eighth foreign recruit.
