I also thought I was serving really well throughout the match and the best part is I was feeding the ball on the the racket when I needed to. He is a good player he moved really well. We had good exchanges and we had fun on the court,” he said after the match.

Delhi girl Prerna Bhambri beat state mate Shweta Rana 6-1, 6-4 in the second round. The fourth seed played clinical tennis and her approach was professional.

Zeel Desai had a good win against Anusha Kondaveeti and prevailed in straight sets.  “I  am really happy for my win today and I served really well. I was really aggressive, I didn’t let her come in the match. I was really positive and focused because if the match is one sided people tend to lose focus,” she said.
