Bake House Cafe win Polo Cup
Led by the spirited Sunny Patel, the Bake House Cafe Team were represented by Nasir Jamal, Vishal Nihlani and Basheer Ali too.
The Bake House Cafe team defeated V Polo Team to win the Southern Command Polo Cup, at their 71st Annual Horse Show and Polo Tournaments at the Mahalaxmi Race Course on Saturday.
The nerve-wrecking high drama match concluded with the Bake House Cafe team winning the Southern Command Polo Cup 10 Goal Polo Championship, with a total score of seven goals.
Led by the spirited Sunny Patel, the Bake House Cafe Team were represented by Nasir Jamal, Vishal Nihlani and Basheer Ali too.
Representing the V Polo team were Nimit Mehta, Mitesh Mehta, Siddhant Sharma and Samir Suhag, who scored a total of six goals making them a worthy competition against the winners.
The Amateur Riders Club hosted the match in association with luxe brands like Gurkha Cigars Regatta, Cigar Club and Peninsula Land.
The nail-biting match was preceded with the showcase of a splendid motorcycle display and was followed by an army dog show and different forms of martial art and performances which exhibited grandeur and gallantry.
