It is capable of doing everything that Alexa can, like setting reminders and playing your favourite music through the speakers placed in its ears. Lynx also has a surveillance mode that takes and sends a 30-second video to its companion app on user’s smartphone if it detects any sound or movement via its infrared chest sensor.

Talking of the Avatar mode, this humanoid robot is capable of doing a lot of things. This cat-sized robot can talk, you just have to face it and speak at it, and its voice will be transmitted through its tiny mouth, only the sound will be coming out of its ear-speakers
If you find all these features fascinating and you’d be more than happy to pay $800 for a robot-boss, it’s available right now exclusively on Amazon. But then again, this is the first humanoid robot ever with build-in Alexa which means there is room for improvement.
Ubtech is also releasing a stormtrooper robot this Christmas which would be a better candidate for Alexa integration.
