Now users will have access to both Maps and YouTube, making it easier to share location and video content in any messaging app.

Both Google and Facebook have taken steps in recent months to curb the spread of hoaxes and misinformation amid concerns these may have influenced voters in the 2016 US election.

Google has made some clutch additions to its keyboard companion Gboard. Now with a tap of the G button, users will have access to both Maps and YouTube, making it easier to share location and video content in any messaging app.

Users will also see a new “YouTube” tab to make it easier to send YouTube videos—like this toddler busting his brother out of a crib or classics like Charlie bit my finger—right from Gboard.

For artists or doodlers, they can now use the new Ink feature to draw and share their creations right from the keyboard just by tapping on the emoji button followed by the pen icon.

The Gboard now support three new languages: Arabic, Hebrew and Farsi. To start using these updates, users will need the latest version of Gboard for iPhone.
