LG 'Signature' series India launch slated for Jan 5

LG is gearing up to launch its latest Signature Series in India on January 5. The Signature Series includes OLED TVs, refrigerators, air purifiers, washing machines, smartphones and others. While some Signature Series products are already available, it is not clear as to what the company will launch in India later this week.

The company had earlier launched a Signature edition smartphone based on the LG V30. This product could also possibly be launched at this week's event that will be held in Mumbai. The LG V30 which was originally launched in December 2017 is priced at KRW 2,000,000 (approximately Rs 1,19,200).

Apart from that, the LG Signature Series' OLED TV range is the most popular among the batch. The LG's latest 'OLED65W7T' variant is available in India at a starting price of Rs 12,99,990. It comes with a 65-inch OLED panel that supports 4K HDR content. There is also the 'OLED77G6T' variant which available at price of Rs 19,99,000 and a flagship 'OLED77W7T' version priced at Rs 29,99,990.

Besides, the company will soon launch its new 88-inch 8K OLED TV, which is expected to launch at CES 2018.
