GoPro's Hero5 series receives major price cut

GoPro has slashed the price of its lasts years Hero5 cameras dubbed as Hero5 Black and Hero5 Session.

The Hero5 Black sports a 12MP sensor with the wide-angle lens, while the Hero5 Session features a 10MP sensor with the wide-angle lens.

GoPro India has announced the price cut for its HERO5 series in India. GoPro has slashed the price of its lasts years Hero5 cameras dubbed as Hero5 Black and Hero5 Session.

The Hero5 Black and Hero5 Session, which set a new bar for photo and video capture in 2016 is now available at a price of Rs 27,000 (down from Rs 38,000) and Hero5 Session has received a major price out of Rs 18,000 (down from Rs 29,500).

The Hero5 Black and Hero5 Session cameras feature 4K video recording at 30fps and also support voice control for seven languages. Both cameras offer a simple one-button control and are waterproof at up to 33 feet and other features such as voice control, cloud connectivity, GPS and electronic image stabilization.

The Hero5 Black sports a 12MP sensor with the wide-angle lens, while the Hero5 Session features a 10MP sensor with the wide-angle lens.

The cameras are also compatible with GoPro’s automated storytelling feature called QuikStories which can be accessed through the GoPro mobile app. The features automatically pull clips shot by your GoPro Hero5 series cameras and create a ready-to-share video clip.
