Conversational AI Company Haptik recently developed an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) for Tata Mutual Fund. Named Professor Simply Simple, it is said to make understanding mutual funds and other intricacies effortless that can otherwise be difficult to comprehend for people just starting out on the investment journey, according to a statement from the company. 

Claimed to be able to manage 70 per cent of work flow that goes to the company's customer service it shall provide information on things like account information, NAV updates, valuations, buying funds, SIP purchase and redemptions. These were also their most asked customer queries, which it said it discovered during a call centre data review.
