Reliance Jio has discreetly revamped its Rs 153 tariff plan. The new plan offers 1GB data per day and comes with a validity of 28 days. The new change comes in-line with company’s latest plan for prepaid users.
Subscribers recharging with Rs 153 plan will receive the revised pack benefits. After the completion of 1GB per day, the speed will be reduced to 64kbps.

Previously, the Rs 153 plan for JioPhone offered up to 500MB data for 28 days. Besides, the users also get unlimited voice calls without any FUP and 100 SMS per day for the entire validity period.

So now the Rs 153 plan for JioPhone users matches the Rs 149 plan for prepaid users. The company is offering the same benefits with the Rs 149 tariff plan. If a user wishes to continue the data speeds after consuming 1GB data, the company also has two sachet plans of Rs 24 and Rs 54, which offer 500MB data per day, unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day for the validity period. The Rs 24 pack gives benefits for two days, while the Rs 54 plan offers benefits for seven days.
